Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

It is being used across the whole organization for all HR capabilities (Payroll and Benefits).
  • Customer Service is excellent.
  • Portal is easy to use.
  • The team is extremely knowledgeable.
  • Reports are not as user-friendly as I'd like them to be.
From onboarding to our day to day assigned specialist, its been very easy to do business with TriNet. The platform is easy to use.
Overall, no complaints. I think the platform is very user-friendly.
  • HR compliance.
  • Improved payroll.
  • Improved employee benefits.
Our office is small and does not have a designated HR department. TriNet fills that gap for us.
