Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is used for payroll and health insurance for our company. It allows our small company to provide a benefit to our employees.
  • Allows staff to check payments.
  • Provides various levels of insurance so our team can select what is best for them.
  • The platform is difficult to maneuver.
  • There is no one point of contact.
  • The help section is a maze on non-help.
  • If you do not know specifically what a report is called, good luck finding it.
  • Answers and help are delayed.
  • Trying to use the chat most often end in a case and "will get back to you."
It feels as though unless you know the specific term to search for you are going to be sent on a headache-causing goose chase. Emails are delayed as there is no one point of contact.
Only because we started with TriNet with a dedicated person we were able to learn the basics of TriNet and it's platform.
  • TriNet has allowed us to conduct payroll and direct deposits easily.
  • TriNet has made it difficult for employees to find information needed, requesting the OM to search - not a good use of time.
They would send out newsletters and updates - suggestions and tips.

TriNet offers assistance on payrolls and insurance for companies. However, over the last two years our company feels like they have increased prices, removed some of the helpful aspects (a main point of contact) and honestly become more of a headache as we feel we are left to sort out issues on our own.
