Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Accounting & CFO - We primarily use the PR, Expense reimbursement and HR functions of TN. Though only the accounting and CFO use the software each of the employees use the PTO reporting and the expense reimbursement function. It has reduced checks needed and improved the efficiency of the process for reimbursing employees for their expenses.

  • There may be issues with other state reporting requirements.
TriNet has always been very responsive to our needs. Additionally always willing to push questions or problems to the next level if that is needed. HR upload of new employees is almost seamless now with all functions being kept on-line. New employees are given guidance so they know where to look and what their resources are.
Great assistance and departments to guide you through the systems on line for each TriNet section. They will help with telephone support if that is needed also.

Many informative emails to support the changes required during COVID.
Insperity was prior service used for PR and HR needs. Moving to TriNet has give us a much more cost efficient solution but continues to support our needs at a high level with direct contact to a person that makes our needs a priority. TriNet has been a great source to allow the company to save money and at the same time provide many services to employees.
TriNet is especially suited for organizations that do not have the personnel for payroll and HR expertise. This allows for the organization to focus on their goals of the company vs having employees on staff that a full time position is not needed. Allows executives to focus on their main goals and strengths.
