Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is our everyday HRIS, payroll and benefits platform. It addresses our issues by keeping everything in one place, making it a seamless process on our side. It's also extremely beneficial to have professionals support us through different state laws and procedures.

  • Resolving tickets a bit quicker- sometimes we are on a time crunch and it's a bit difficult to wait on someone to respond.
  • Opting out of news from states where not located in. It would help reduce the number of communications that are not relevant to us.
  • Positive: staying compliant in all of the states we are located in.
  • Negative: the benefit plans offered are very expensive. Both monthly and plan wise.
  • Positive: payroll experts are always there to help us with salary changes and also there to guide us through nuances from time to time.
It's extremely easy to navigate. Its seamless and easy to figure out even if you don't know exactly where to go. Also, chatting with someone is really quick and easy and they will guide you to where you need to go. A lot of the times they will even include a link with instructions on where to find something or how to do something so it's really easy to hold on to that link for the future.
Amazing! I have never called TriNet, but I have emailed and chatted with them and it has always been a pleasant experience. If the rep doesn't know the answer, they will always search for an answer and get it back to me as soon as possible. There was one issue that I had with a certain case. I wasn't aware I couldn't attach images to my email response, so the team wasn't receiving my email, and they would eventually close my ticket. This happened 3 or 4 times until it finally occurred to me to ask. After that, we we're able to work on the ticket just fine. I just wish this was communicated beforehand so we didn't waste months with the back and fourth.
I was not here during this time, but they did help us navigate the E-Verify changes once the government lifted all the Covid exceptions.

TriNet is well suited for any small company. It reduces the need for having two or even three different platforms to perform your everyday tasks. It's also extremely beneficial to have experts to consult with on questions/issues you might not know how to handle. I don't know how TriNet would be suited for bigger companies. I can see having more employees and processes be a bit more complicated. Especially with the health insurance options.
