Overall Satisfaction with TripActions

Our entire company uses TripActions. It is our go-to tool for travel booking. Having offices in multiple timezones and constant traveling between those offices is necessary for a lot of employees. All hotel, flight, and car rental bookings are done seamlessly through the TripActions platform. It also allows employees to book personal trips.

Pros

  • 24x7 trip support
  • Allows quick changes to the itinerary

Cons

  • Android app is slightly buggy and takes time to load
  • No capability to save an itinerary for quick access at a later time
  • Quick bookings for employees
  • Easy expensing

- Savings for the company since employees opt for rewards which require booking cheaper than average priced hotels
- Rewards for employees
- Easy to use customer interface
- Great mobile applications for android and iOS
- Ability to control payment methods for a different types of bookings like hotels or flights or car rentals.

Well Suited -
- A great tool to book flights instantly, same rates if not better than airline websites
- It provides the option to add all loyalty programs and apply them automatically on checkout. Can filter results based on loyalty programs too.
- Filters results for being within or outside company policy
- Gives the option to earn amazon rewards if booking a cheaper than average priced hotel or renting a less expensive than average priced car

Less Appropriate
- Not suited for personal trips, since adds trip fees regardless
