Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers

We researched it for two weeks and two people were involved in the decision to use it and we needed it for formatting an e-book. The book was already typed up but we needed to add photos, page numbers and format the size. We also changed fonts and edited the photos in the software.

TrustRadius seems to have more reviews in products that are useful to me and the knowledge of the user base seems more extensive and diverse in their applications. I like reading and learning from other professionals in my field and TrustRadius has a lot of them and it has been around longer.

I read a lot of reviews and watch product videos
This is a very useful service because it helps me make purchasing decisions based on other people’s experiences and I get to learn the positives and negatives of a wide array of products as well as learn about other products that I might not have known about previously so it introduces me to other viable options.
