We primarily use TrustRadius to boost our brand awareness through reviews hosted on their website.
  • Easy to update product profile pages.
  • Very responsive and helpful support team.
  • They don't give as much reach as some other review platforms.
  • The profile has increased our brand awareness and driven some new prospects to our website.
The reviews generated through TrustRadius were more detailed than ones we get on other sites.
The custom questions are TrustRadius' biggest advantage. We were able to generate positive quotes about the exact features and functions our sales team needed.
TrustRadius is a better overall experience for the vendor, but one of our main goals for review sites is to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website. Their competitors do not offer as much customization, but they do get more people to our website.
TrustRadius' ability to use custom questions in product reviews has gotten us some of the best user generated quotes. By being able to ask about specific functionalities we want to promote, we were able to build a library of quotes for our sales team to use.
