Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

In addition to simply driving reviews and awareness of our products and services, we use TrustRadius to identify customers who would be interested in participating in marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Detailed reviews from customers.
  • Easy to use analytics.
  • The option for customers to raise their hands if they're interested in doing more with us.
  • Lack of/delayed communication from TrustRadius account managers.
  • Identify customers for marketing/sales efforts.
It depends on the customer leaving the review, but the reviews are generally substantial and more in-depth than many other review sites.
In addition to TrustRadius, we use a handful of other third-part review platforms, such as G2, Gartner Peer Insights, etc.
The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it convenient for us to manage and review metrics and customer reviews. TrustRadius also allows us to easily identify customers who are interested in doing more. The only negative has been our experience with the account managers - getting in touch with them in a timely manner can be very difficult.
