We do utilize TrustRadius for Vendors intent data for sales outreach. This is fairly new to use, but it is already starting to be valuable.
TrustRadius reviews are a lot more in-depth than other review vendors, which makes it easy for me to pull customer quotes and social proof from. Often, the questions asked by other review vendors are superficial and may not lead to a lot of follow-up. The in-depth user insights we gather from our TrustRadius reviews inform product roadmap features and ways that we interact with our customers.
