Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We use TrustRadius for Vendors to gather customer reviews, allowing us to gather customer quotes for social proof, and also, learn more about the areas in which we may be lacking, and can therefore, improve upon to make our products better and our customers' and prospects' experience more optimal.
  • TrustRadius for Vendors allows us to collect more comprehensive reviews than many competing review platforms
  • TrustRadius' customer success team is very helpful
  • The vendor portal is a bit clunky
  • TrustRadius for Vendors has allowed us to gather multiple reviews at once to use for social proof. The gift card incentives greatly increase a customer's probability to leave a review.
TrustRadius for Vendors' review process is more detailed and comprehensive than most competing platforms. Instead of a simple rating + text box, there are multiple additional prompts, encouraging more detailed reviews.
The Customer Success team is quick to respond to emails and the reps work diligently to resolve issues and answer questions.

We use TrustRadius for Vendors as well as a few other review platforms as we prefer to get our name and reviews in as many places as possible. TrustRadius for Vendors seems to allow for a bit more comprehensive reviews than competing platforms.
