Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
We've used TSheets for a while to track time and overall it works great. We've recently transitioned who runs it and have had a few issues with the transfer but the TSheets support staff has been amazing at being friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging, and able to solve our problems. Today I worked with Amanda and she did an amazing job of trying a few ideas until she was finally able to solve our problem.
- Keeps track of our teams' hours (which customer they are working for and what they are doing) so we can track not just the hours per job but the types of hours per job.
- Updates to QuickBooks to help us make sure everyone is paid what they are supposed to and when they are supposed to. Both super important.
- It's easy to use and figure out, has a friendly interface with apps to support it for use on your smart device when away from your desktop.
- The transition to a new administrator is difficult. We've had multiple issues and it seems like it's solved and then something pops up.
- We're able to more accurately track our hours and better estimate our time on jobs to more accurately reflect the costs to the company.

TSheets is the only one we've used but I'd have trouble changing if for no other reason than their excellent customer service.
