Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

We used TSheets across the entire organization. It solves many problems. Our employees can easily clock-in and out from their smartphones or company kiosk, whether they are on-site or at a customer location. We can track hours by job and service item, location of the employee, and leave balance. Employees can also see their leave balance anytime.
  • User interface is intuitive for users and managers. This made training and user adoption easy.
  • The app has never had a glitch. So support is minimal.
  • Interfaces with QuickBooks for customers, jobs and service items. We only have to maintain one version of our lists.
  • Online Chat. TSheets employees are fast to respond and have always resolved the issue on the first contact. Elaina is great!
  • The web app can look very busy.
  • The cost per employee is low. Payback was immediate because we could roll-out everywhere with minimal cost, training and support.
TSheets offered the better value, user experience, and a QuickBooks interface.
Works best where all users have smartphones, access to wifi (or free cellular data), and training on your internal job codes.
