Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

TSheets will be used by our subcontractors to track time while working for our customers. The onsite managers will use TSheets to approve the time which will then allow our administrators to run monthly customer invoicing automatically. Using TSheets addresses the manual processes currently in place for time tracking, approvals and invoicing every month which is extremely time-consuming.
  • Product is very flexible and configurable. Nearly everything we wanted to achieve in what we wanted our users to see and not see was manageable.
  • Integration to QuickBooks is invaluable. Tracking time in a stand alone app would not solve our real business problem which is accurate time tracking and replacement of manual invoicing processes.
  • On-boarding process was amazing. I've never experienced such fantastic support from any third party application provider. Sadam walked us through the company settings and setups and spent two hours answering questions and getting us ready to launch.
  • Personalized user experience would be a nice to have, certainly not required by any means but having the ability for each user to control the experience of their view would be helpful, such as what they see when they first log in.
  • Turning on and off reports for different users would be helpful. We don't want to expose all reports to all users. It may confuse them if they have access to features that they don't need.
  • Would like to see an easier method for showing that timesheets have been approved by the manager. For example, when the payroll departments of our customers are looking for proof of manager approval before paying our invoices, there's no easy way to show this.
  • We have just started using TSheets but already we can see that the time it takes us to run our month-end processes will be cut in half.
  • Removing the manual time tracking and approval processes in place today will save time for our subcontractors and customers and increase customer satisfaction.
After evaluating TSheets against our business requirements there was no need to review another product. It was clear that TSheets was going to work for us.
Works great for staffing and employment companies and as a small business is a natural choice if you are already using QuickBooks.
