Our company uses T-Sheets to track time on jobs and projects by fabrication, engineering and QAQC.
- Employees and managers of the software effortlessly navigate the software to input and export time data. Managers can easily check, adjust and approve time for employees.
- Setting up new jobs and employees is intuitive.
- The computer application and mobile application make accessibility easy for all.
- Reports are run easily in a format easily applied to other applications.
- Syncing with quick books can be buggy. Close other applications to ease sync. DO not interrupt the sync.
- T-Sheets works behind the scenes collecting the data that is used for weekly and monthly reports used by Project Management and Finance.
I have used T Sheets and Paychex software to track time. The ease of use by employees and managers are the key component that puts T Sheets ahead.

Yes - Some trouble with the Quick books Sync. Was able to resolve with parameters recommended by support.
We have found it necessary to change administrators and sync users several times and each time T Sheets has be available to keep the transition smooth. The information collected by T Sheets is imperative for financial reports and we have never had an interruption that was not solved quickly. Finance has never felt any ripples related to changes because T Sheets has flawlessly supported each transition.
