Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform

We provide services to customers using UiPath. They come to us with their needs, be it to improving performance, accuracy, or reducing costs, and we help them by automating processes that most of the time consume too many unnecessary human resources. We have many successful cases where the customer noticed important time reduction in the processing time of apps or functions while also maintaining excellent quality.

  • Checking how accurate an image detection was.
  • UiPath Academy translated to other languages.
  • We reduced human errors.
  • Employees were happier with their new tasks because now they would not need to spend countless hours doing repetitive work.
UiPath is more robust and very rarely has bugs on the enterprise edition. When something is detected, the support team is quick to address the issue (which might not be the case with competitors). We had many issues with other tools where the support team seemed more interested in keeping the customer occupied than carefully reading the description of what was going on and what help is actually needed.
I only needed support a few times, but each time the support team was very attentive to what my problem was and did their best to help me, which is a lot when you are used to getting bad treatment from other support teams.

It is especially efficient if the proccess being automated involves legacy applications that do not and can not be automated using APIs. It is great for desktop automation because it integrates well with applications and we are able to tailor selectors to our needs. One scenario where it is not great is on remote desktop automation, where applications are not directly accessible. It does have some features to facilitate this kind of automation, though.
