This tool has helped me to manage the people in my organization, I can easily hire new people. UKG Pro has enabled me to look into important details of the key operations thus I can carry out effective meetings with my team members. This tool has saved my time and helped me to get rid of the manual entries. It is a completely powerful HCM solution which is providing reliable services.
- Not only I can manage my tasks on this software but also I can easily track back any employees' information this helps me to create a secure environment and to judge their performance as well.
- Right from recruiting to onboarding, every process is crystal clear. It is very user-friendly software with the simplest interface, I did not face any difficulty in its initiation.
- It has made every process precise for me.
- Sometimes reporting gives ineffective results so that I have to apply filters in reporting then I find appropriate reports. otherwise, this is not a big drawback.
- Sometimes it gives a very slow response. So I think its customer support needs to be improved. Focusing on premium plans will be a huge benefit.
- It has the capabilities for effective reporting.

- It is a time saving platform because its electronic sheets works automatically and effectively.
I remember a time when I had to contact its customer support that time UKG support was not well skilled and responsive but now I am hopeful that it would have improved its support performance because its services are going well.
