We have utilized electronic recruiting and onboarding to eliminate paper packets and deliver a better employee experience. The mobile app allowed our employees to apply and onboard at a time that was convenient for them. This reduced processing time, data entry errors and cost savings for process automations. These changes also reduced the workload for our HR team.
UKG allows for more advanced tools and technology including greater automation on a much larger scale than ADP. UKG provided a seamless and comprehensive service by having the ability to utilize the human capital management (HCM) tools to build the platform that works best for our organization.
