Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
We use UKG Pro; Onboarding and Time Management.
We don't get the support we need from UKG Pro or if we do, it's not timely.
We do understand that we are going to have to change Time management because it's no longer supported. We also need to add a scheduling tool.

- Good source of Employee data;
- Reports are fairly wasy to use
- Our Executive Account Manager is great to work with
- Time to respond to cases
- The buck being passed to other areas of the business
- Lack of personal attention, feel like your request go to AI or a black hole
- Onboarding has improved our efficiency
- Electronic data storage has made the HR time timelier and accurate.
- Having EE data in the system, helps us to better serve our employees
Having the Onboarding module has impacted my HR team to be more efficient. It provides a better candidate experience.
