Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We use it across our entire organization. We currently use time management, UKG Pro, payroll, recruiting/onboarding, and tax services. I was not around for the implementation of this, and it could have been set up better.

  • We continue to have tax issues, help desk tickets are outstanding for months.
  • It is user friendly.
The reports provided are very useful and easy to customize.
Rapid Response is phenomenal. We don't have a named tax rep and we have created cases sitting out there for months.
The Rapid Response team goes above and beyond to help, even after hours and on weekends.
It is fairly user-friendly, and seems very robust IF set up correctly.
