Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

UKG is being used across our company from hiring employees, payroll, and employee management.

  • Negative impact of new UTM portal. NOT user friendly; too much like ADP.
I would give it a higher rating, but the updated UTM portal is not easy to navigate and is not user-friendly. I work in payroll so most of my job functions rely on the UTM portal to work properly.
Each time I call in for assistance, everyone is kind and helpful and my questions get answered.
Our AM, Becky Nelson, is SO WONDERFUL! She works really hard for our company and provides exceptional service each time we need her.
I would give it a higher score, however, the time-keeping system is awful with Kronos. It functions like ADP and the previous version through Ultimate Software was much easier for everyone to navigate. We do not like the updated UTM portal.
