Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We use this throughout our whole organization. Problems we have are mostly with Time and Attendance.
  • Gives you ample notice of releases so you can review and be ready for them.
  • Onboarding - we would like to see employee numbers implemented right when they are moved from Recruiting to Onboarding.
  • UTA- lots of things they make you put in a custom for instead of standard delivered.
  • Recruiting- would love to see where you can post in more than 1 city instead of creating multiple reqs for that.
  • It is nice to use one platform for it all, but it definitely could use some work.
We can't edit events unless we use IE, get errors on scheduled report if they have scheduled maintenance during that time frame.
BI Support takes forever to get a response.
When we switched over from Recruitment to Recruiting, they had a plan in place and it was a nice walk through process.
Tech tickets take a long time to hear back on, so that is frustrating.
