Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We've implemented almost all UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) modules and went from no HRIS (most work was done via Excel spreadsheets) to implementing a robust HRIS solution. We also took the opportunity to consolidate the data of employees across six entities into one system. This has been immensely useful in accessing a single source of truth for all information.

  • Approval process for workflows is fully customizable
  • Easy to use
  • Great customer success portal--can enter a case or search existing knowledge resources
  • Time management system needs improvement--clunky, UI is older looking
  • More processes need to be date driven--job title changes or supervisor changes apply right away even if they are future dated; only salary changes are truly date driven
  • Cost and time savings
  • No longer needing to maintain multiple spreadsheets and systems
  • Gained credibility across the org for having access to accurate info in a timely way
No downtime issues at all.
Excellent support on cases I submit. I also frequent the knowledge base to see if a question I have has already been answered, and quite often can find a solution quickly!
Yes--they assisted with creating a calculation for a dashboard I was working on. Instead of creating a line on a chart of every hire date, the calculation consolidated all hires within a month. The chart looked much cleaner!
Best suited for medium to large employers with multiple users, administrators, etc. Permissions can be customized to only give users access to what they need access to.
