Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready
We use UKG as our timekeeping and data entry system for the company. We are able to run adequate reports with UKG and keep accurate employee data.

Increased employee engagement on platform. Normally employees come to HR for basic requests UKG allowed for more self-service on their end.
A good match. I do think Workday had a bit more features provided but for our company needs UKG worked fine.
