Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready)

UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) is our HRIS, our source of truth for employee information, which is used across the whole organization, from the HR department to our frontline managers. The business problem it addressed was that we needed a cloud-based central repository for employee information that could be accessed by frontline managers and that was user friendly as well.

UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) allowed us to be flexible in how we managed our administration. With any system, you have to adapt your business processes somewhat to fit the software; however, with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready), we had more flexibility.
Reporting has been made much easier with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) due to the functionality of the reporting module. For example, we were able to create columns and apply formulas before we exported a report, cutting down on the data manipulation required.
The online support documents are great, and the search function works well. I personally found the online training modules not as helpful, as the topic is sometimes too broad to be of use to a system admin like me.

I think an organization with a multi-layer hierarchy would better suit UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) than a flat hierarchy.
