Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
My organization started using Ultipro last year (2013). We have implemented most of its modules with the exception of Open Enrollment. Currently, we are implementing the Talent Management module. It's using by all employees (Time and Attendance). Managers are using it during the performance evaluation review. Prior to Ultipro we had five different systems, that forced us to have different logins, passwords and to maintain different databases. The problem that Ultipro is helping us to solve is to reduce data entry and errors. Also, employees have a better way to access their information.
- Time Management
- Business intelligence: like the reporting capability- want to learn more
- Core and Payroll
- Strengths- changes could be made globally instead of updating records one at the time
- Really enjoyed the implementation period- Ryan Harrison was great- he was very patient and helped us to do the implementation within a specific timeline
- Talent Management-Performance appraisal - I would like it to be a bit more robust and easier to follow.
- Career development is not that flexible. In order to set it up it needs a lot of work. and it is not a true learning management system. We were told that TNN (learning management system) will partner with Ultipro - hope the partnership works out.
- We still working on it. still implementing and training employees to use it
Perfect software, ceridian, adp, halogen, icloud, and others. We selected Ultipro because it offered an integrated solution
