Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

It is being used for HR and payroll processing. Performance reviews for the company. BI reporting for decision makers
  • Once you learn the BI reporting, it can be very powerful.
  • Employee Self service complimented with workflows
  • Some Canadian payroll processing - in particular negative pays
  • Adding dependents to benefit deduction plans can be time consuming as we don't use Open Enrollment.
  • Better self service for certain features.
  • Better reporting capability without having to change in Excel. This is after some training and time spent learning.
  • The training and support offered by Ultimate during implementation was great.
The customer training and resource material is great
I think you need to ensure it can deliver what you deliver from your current systems coupled with what you would like to do in the future.
