Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used for:

  • Payroll, HRIS, and recruitment.
  • Manager self service and employee self service.

Our prior system was Ceridian, (not cloud based) we were looking for more self service futures with add functionality.
I like that the we can make changes to organizational levels ourselves, and employees can move between companies. Reporting capabilities was very important in our selection process.
