We use UltiPro at all levels for payroll and HR activities including time cards and benefit enrollment as well as all the payroll activities including payroll tax filings.
- Keep us up-to-date on the latest changes that affect our payroll (e.g. IRS Notice that just came out in regards to the ACA requirements).
- Provide plenty of standard reports to use in our everyday business life.
- Business Intelligence Reporting is fairly easy to use and is able to satisfy most of our needs for reporting and record keeping purposes.
- Usually they get back to us when we submit a case in a very timely manner through the customer service portal.
- Webcasts are usually very helpful and professionally done.
- Sometimes communication happens after the fact when something has already been implemented or updated in your system.
- There is a change in the account manager on our account on a regular basis.

They usually respond very quickly to your case or problem. The Rapid Response Team are very good about solving issues immediately. When they say they will call you back they usually will on a timely basis. I have only had really one bad experience with the help or support from UltiPro and that was early on in my experience. All of our account managers have been very attentive, though there is always a learning curve with the new ones to our particular company.
