Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
Right now we are using UltiPro basically for human resources and processing payroll and benefits. Last year we converted to SaaS and we want to expand our utilization to the whole company. We are in the process of extending the software to hiring managers, managers and eventually all of the employees. We have been using UltiPro for 15 years as a company for payroll processing and want to start using it in a greater capacity.
- They keep up to date with all of the laws and updates in the ever changing world of payroll and human resources.
- They are generally helpful in resolving problems and errors.
- UltiPro does try to encompass a lot of the complexity of the HR/Payroll processes within their software.
- They can be expensive and sometimes "nickel and dime" you for any little change.
- In the past [we] had a lot of problems with upgrades, but now that we are on SaaS that problem has gotten better.
