Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is used within the HR department, as the HRIS system, for payroll and for the benefits open enrollment process. It is used across the whole organization in the context of time management and as a communication vehicle. The major business problem it addresses is that it provides a single focal point in terms of gathering and disseminating information across and throughout the entire organization. Our company has employees dispersed across the country; it is not always easy to get everyone on the "same page". Through the use of employee webinars and the UltiPro system, we have dramatically improved our efficiency, accuracy and time to completion in such areas as Time Management, Open Enrollment and Life Events such as new hires, change in status etc.
- Great payroll system. Allows you to manage the function in-house instead of being at the mercy of external vendors. The same can be said of the benefits enrollment module.
- It is very user friendly. From employees using it to complete their time management or change personal data, to power users who configure modules, the system is intuitive, and easy to use.
- The customer service is fantastic. We have several dedicated reps who always make themselves available when needed and often proactively check in. The tech support and training classes are great too. Support given during initial implementation was second to none.
- The one area where I would like to see easier usage would be in the area of report writing. I say this having very little hands on experience with generating reports; I may feel differently if I used it more often or took a class.
