Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
Our organization uses Ultipro company-wide for various human resources tasks. We use Ultipro for payroll, Business Intelligence reporting, recruitment and staffing, benefits administration (including ACA reporting), time management, and performance management. Our field managers use the Ultipro self-service feature and helps HR partner with them on daily HR administration tasks.
- Client support -- we have an incredibly talented account manager and reaching the technical support team for urgent issues is excellent.
- Reporting - the Business Intelligence module provides flexibility to create complex reports.
- Time Management - we recently implemented this system and our payroll process is much more streamlined.
- PPACA reporting - Ultipro provides a tool to make ACA reporting simple and we are using their print services for 1095-C mailings in 2016.
- Updates and releases -- occassionally product updates cause minor glitches in system performance. Additional testing prior to release would be helpful.
UltiPro is best suited for an organization that has responsive field managers and where there is a strong support person in human resources and payroll. The HR/payroll contact has to become a guru -- and be accessible for password resets and procedural questions and support. These UltiPro experts must be willing to embrace technology and learn to utilize the Business Intelligence module to take advantage of creating complex queries and reports.
