Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is being used by two companies in our US organization. It is utilized by our accounting departments for time management, to generate payroll and related reports, and by HR for reporting, benefits (including carrier connections) and for time off. We are looking into utilizing the performance management module and dashboard reporting.
Ultipro has been very helpful in simplifying routine HRM processes and offers a much better integration of information across disciplines than the last product used by our organization.
- UtliPro's open enrollment process is extremely easy to set-up, very configurable, easy for our employees to use and understand, and offers a wide range of reporting.
- The customer service model is effective; and we find we receive a response within 24 hours for most issues. Having a centralized account manager is helpful to insure follow-up, and that no issues fall between the cracks. There are also many learning options; there are self-guided tours and web-based training is also regularly available.
- We find we have only scratched the surface with UltiPro's potential. Future explorations into more workflow processes, performance management, dashboard reporting and other features have the potential to increase this product's effectiveness for our organization.
- Time Management is still a bit difficult to navigate. Although recent improvements have been made, it could still be a bit more user friendly.
- Although it's not too difficult to load information onto the home page, the options for configurability are a bit limited. It would be super if this feature could be updated.
- When using the payroll feature, it would be more convenient to be able to access employee's payroll information to run sample scenarios without having to actually open the payroll.
