Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used by HR and payroll and is set up for employee self service. We are just now implementing onboarding, life events and talent.
  • Robust reporting capabilities.
  • Good user community and knowledge base.
  • Easy end user experience.
  • Easier administrator use.
  • Customer support has been a little challenging. Reps seem to want to close tickets out vs. making sure they've truly solved the problem.
  • There is so much information/training available that it's difficult to know where to look for resources needed.
UltiPro is better suited for companies without complex payroll, multiple shifts, differentials, etc.

Overall training was good and there are multiple options available (quick tours, online training, tips, etc.).

UltiPro Support

I'm unclear on the different support options and when to use each. Response time is not as quick as I would like but in general the support staff seems knowledgeable.
