Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is being used by HR and payroll and is set up for employee self service. We are just now implementing onboarding, life events and talent.
- Robust reporting capabilities.
- Good user community and knowledge base.
- Easy end user experience.
- Easier administrator use.
- Customer support has been a little challenging. Reps seem to want to close tickets out vs. making sure they've truly solved the problem.
- There is so much information/training available that it's difficult to know where to look for resources needed.
