Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We used Ultipro during our company's start-up phase. It was a legacy system in place and in use by our parent company at the time our company was set up as a joint venture. We were very pleased with the functionality of the system; however, when we decided to disengage from the parent company's shared services, Ultipro was no longer able to support our company's needs due to the size of headcount (75 employees at the time). There was a minimum number of records Ultipro needed to support before we could subscribe, unfortunately we did not meet that threshhold. As such, we had use a different HR platform.
- Reports: The platform was functional for our reports and data management needs.
- Compliance and updates. I felt the platform was maintained and updated on a regular basis to ensure compliance with payday and taxation changes.
- Portability: The platform was easy to use for any computer in any location. It was easy to work from home without any added security.
- Reports. The platform was very robust in reporting, but sometimes pulling a simple report required [more effort].
