Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use Ultipro in the HR deparment for payroll, onboarding, recruiting and performance management. All other employees in the company use Ultipro for different functions like requesting time off, approving time off, looking at pay stubs, W2s. Ultipro has helped make our open enrollment for benefits so much easier. We can now have everyone enroll in benefits through Ultipro and no more manual entry and less paperwork.
- Open enrollment, easy for employees to pick what benefits they would like.
- Importing a bonus run for payroll. instead of entering amounts for each employee, I can upload using a spreadsheet.
- Platform configuration.....this helps to change lingo in Ultipro to match the lingo you use in your company.
- It is very difficult to figure out remaining PTO time throughout the year. There is not a place to future date to see what you will have available in the future.
- Time cards are hard to read. It is not easy to add a line to a day to enter time.
- Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
- Security and peace of mind
Yes, we have achieved these outcomes. It is nice to have recruitment, onboarding and payroll/HR all on one system. Makes life so much easier!

Ultipro has much better customer service, everyone is friendly and willing to help. Another plus is you hear back from customer service at Ultipro very quickly. The reporting in Ultipro is top of the line. It is nice in payroll to see the employee's pay before having to run a payroll register so changes can be made quickly.
