Overall Satisfaction with Unitrends Data Center Backup and Recovery
We use it in our organization as a primary backup appliance, and it is being used across our entire company. This addresses our need for instant recovery of data.
- VM backup
- Cloud backup
- File leaves backups for fast recovery of data
- Better support portal interface. It was very difficult to register with the new platform
- Would like the ability to see pertinent help information on the individual page you are on.
- We have no negative impact thus far.

Basically, this is my first time using a backup product, so I do not have much experience with any others, but I will say that this appliance is very easy to work on and the support is very good as well.
