VanillaSoft is used by everyone in our company, including bookkeeping. It is a precise tool to keep contacts and appointments organized, plus it's very easy to use. If we didn't have this system, we would not be able to keep with all of the appointments and data we are responsible for.

2 - VanillaSoft does require support employees that have a computer background and proficiency. Navigation and set up on the administrative side requires someone who can think methodically. Once it is understood, it's easy to navigate but takes some time and experience.
