Overall Satisfaction with VanillaSoft

We use it to take inbound leads and customize their profile. We can send emails, text messages, and respond and view their interactions with us. Store it seems like an unlimited amount of information about the client. You can customize the information needed to keep the client's information and what is really nice is the ability to have it auto-populate as soon as the lead is transferred in.

Zoho did not offer the simplistic accessibility that VanillaSoft does. What I love about VanillaSoft vs Zoho is the platform is made for any user, beginner or expert. The layouts are completely different in a sense of user-friendly capabilities. I would recommend VanillaSoft over any other CRM that I have ever used in any business I've worked for or even used myself.

VanillaSoft is an absolute must for any sized office handling multiple clients that need their leads to be organized. If you are a small business or a large one, VanillaSoft offers everything that you will need to manage your book of business. What I love most if the simplistic designs and access to all plates and navigation between each.
