Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365
In my opinion, it is very simple to use. We are not backing up the entire organization, only "important" user with critical company data. Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 was very easy to setup and it is very useful to us.

- Be able to backup Sharepoint sites without needing a license for every user who has access to the site
- Be able to backup Teams teams without needing a license for every user who is part of the team
- We were able to retrieve important emails that were accidentally deleted. If we were not able to retrieve the emails, it would have impacted the company negatively.
When people left the company, there were always things (One Drive files, emails, etc) missing. Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 helps with all of that.
Yes, we had one of those cases where people accidentally deleted data and we were able to recover it.
We usually use the restore to Office 365, restore file's original location, and export as .pst options since those give us more flexibility.
Being able to recover emails back to the user's mailbox and being able to export/copy the email as .pst.
