Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365
We needed a tool to backup our IT structure especially when it comes to mail and chat. We needed to have a reliable and easy to use solution and VEEAM was the perfect solution for what we needed. This is been here in our company for years now and it's working well.

We are a Windows shop and we are migrating everything to Office 365. Email, data, active directory using Azure. The intention is to have an easy to understand and manage IT structure. All system administrators that have access to the platform know exactly what it's doing, how it's done, and why.
We have not had the need to recover any data from a data loss yet. But we do know how to get there.
We have not used the restore options yet. Not that I know of. The systems administrators have been here longer than I. But the capability seems to be very useful.
The fact that we can recover all mail and Teams chats. All that is important for business continuity and compliance as well. We have a lot stored in office so we need to recover asap.
