Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365
We use Veeam Backup for 365 in order to recover deleted items that there not intentionally deleted by our employees. Since MS does not backup, we also use it as a failsafe in the event information is lost due to accidental deletion of an account or possible failure on MS's part. We backup all mailboxes and OneDrive/SharePoint sites in our organization.

- Ease of use (the platform is intuitive).
- Easy to recover items locally or back to the cloud
- Should be able to integrate with Veeam backup (instead of being 2 separate consoles)
- Confirmations that all data is backed-up.
- Full ROI is immediately realized when something is deleted and can be recovered.
We knew that MS doesn't backup information. After a mailbox was compromised we were able to get everything back.
Yes we have. It is great that I can recover to local storage, from local storage. Don't have to touch the web.
Yes. Do not have to wait for information to download. Have a separate repository to store clean information.
Ease of use and multiple recovery options. Was able to create a .zip for an exec who needed the contents of a mailbox.
I have not evaluated other 365 backup solutions.
