Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

Vena is used within our company for budget report building and financial forecasting. The cloud-based platform works perfectly for me. I often need to access multiple reports created by colleagues, now that we complete these reports within Vena, we have a central system in which you can access what you need to without having to request it.

  • Excel UI is familiar and easy to use.
  • Report template building is a manual process.
  • Centralized our financial reports.
  • Made inter-department collaboration more effective.
Vena is great for building reports and distributing reports. Regularly produced reports are now highly automated and easily accessible, removing the need for someone to create the report from scratch and distribute it accordingly. I think it has improved the collaborative process within the company and given colleagues better access to the data they need.

I have only had to use Vena's support team a couple of times but they have been able to resolve the issue on both occasions. Both issues were down to my own error but the team was happy to talk me through the solution.
