As an analyst, I use Verint Workforce Management on a daily basis, monitoring adherence, resolving shift adjustments, generating and publishing schedules, creating work patterns/shifts/shift events, creating new profiles, and assisting my company's members with questions around Verint Workforce Management. I also monitor and train new users on a monthly basis. My job is to help business managers ensure proper staffing coverage.
