Overall Satisfaction with Visual Studio Test Professional

Visual Studio Test Professional is used as a link between business analysts, developers and QA, across almost all of our IT projects. It makes the three teams speak the same language and dramatically shortens the project cycles, avoiding usual problems such as "can’t reproduce the bug" or "it works on my PC" and so on.
Testing is now industrialized and we are looking forward to automation capabilities that were made possible by the tool, integrated with azure devops server.

Our dev team is used to developing with Microsoft tools and managing projects with Azure devops server and service. QA uses the same collaborative platform, so it was easier - almost natural - for all of them to use Visual Studio Test Professional, with full integration and familiar look and feel, compared to another third party tool.
There is a lot of support material online, editor doc, blogs, forums, videos, tutorials, trainings, etc. Some elements in our teams took the lead in internal support and assisted the others when needed. The editor also provided an enterprise support contract including expert support, so we never had any kind of problem regarding support.
The tool is made for IT users who are familiar with it or this type of tool. Give some time to understand the right way to properly use the tool. I think that non-IT users (e.g. beta testers) would face troubles if they try to use the tool without super user assistance and will need to indirectly work with it.

Very useful when the QA or business analysts team takes enough time to prepare, plan and save testing scenarios, so that dev team finds it ready at the first step of implementation. But that step can be annoying - and unproperly done - for teams that are not enough rigorous in their work.
