Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We currently deploy and support WatchGuard Firebox appliances across a large number of our MSP clients. This includes both physical (on-prem) and virtual (Azure) appliances. Combined with the use of the Total Security suite it provides an end-to-end UTM service for our clients.
Centralised management of the devices allows our techs to easily manage multiple sites and customers through a single portal.

Pros
- Ease of use and multi-site or multi-client management
- Single pane of glass support
- Multi-layer protection
Cons
- More out of the box reports
- General reporting improvements
- Ability to create firewall rules by MAC addresses
- Replaces multiple technologies with a single stack/vendor
- Provides a consistent user experience, both on-prem and off prem
- Allows us to provide a competitive replacement option for legacy technologies
Having a single license bundled together makes renewals easy to track and ensures that there are no surprise bills.
The WatchGuard Network Security suite comes in at a very competitive price point, with a model that matches every size of site. The feature set is rich, and all integrates really well. With both on-prem (WSM) and cloud management options, you can use the product suite in whatever way you prefer.
