I use WatchGuard Network Security solutions in many customers infrastructures for security, control and manage access. The products are very powerfull and simple to use. A lots of nice features were release every year. The support service is very efficient and the WatchGuard Network Security Italian Team is very helpful to give me advice for the right devices configuration.

WatchGuard Network Security cloud is very helpful.
Unfortunately when you configure a new firewall device, you can't use both cloud and WSM.
The wifi platform and AuthPoint are very powerfull but not so intuitive.

reliability. a lot of time, other products, crash after updates. cluster members fail after reboot.Rules not works properly or stop working until you reboot the device.
