Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
Webex App is being used by my company as a primary softphone and collaboration application. We use the application to quickly collaborate with other users, teams, etc. What I love most about the product is that when there's an issue, we're able to quickly resolve it by getting the user to send their analytics to us. That way we don't have to be on the user's computer, holding up their time. We're able to simply assist from a distance.
- Collaborate with teams and other departments to to create and build ideas.
- Integrate calling solutions that allow fast communications.
- Sometimes the user experience can be a little cumbersome, especially with users who have a learning deficiency with technology.
- Sometimes icons or words can overlap.
- There are no negative impacts. Everything is positive.
