Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
I use the Cisco WebEx App in our organization for internal meetings, customer meetings, and messaging with team members. The app is very easy to use when scheduling and/or joining meetings, screen sharing during meetings as well as for troubleshooting with our customers working with field technicians. Having the encryption feature, which is a must, as we share files and do screen sharing with team members or with a customer during troubleshooting sessions. As a remote worker, it has made staying connected with my co-workers as well as customers so much easier especially during the pandemic.
Pros
- The ease of Scheduling/Joining meetings with coworkers or customers regardless of whether in the office or travelling.
- Sharing files and/or content securely internally with co-workers or externally with our customer.
- Being able to connect from my desktop, laptop or mobile devices.
Cons
- WebEx consumes a lot of CPU usage especially when sharing content and/or using virtual backgrounds.
- WebEx App has allowed me to easily connect with my co-workers and customers regardless of location.
- Meetings/chats using WebEx App with field engineers and customers to troubleshoot and quickly resolve customer issues has been valuable especially during the pandemic.
