Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use it for all formal meetings large-scale events and informal calls in our organization. It solves the problem of connecting and collaborating with each other whilst working in a hybrid environment, it makes it easy to check-in and contact people no matter where you are or what device you are using

Webex App is well suited to face-to-face meetings over video when the people in question are either in the office or at home. It's also great for team meetings and large-scale meetings for the whole company when updates and presentations are needed. It's less appropriate for sending files and videos to people

Evaluating Webex App and Competitors

The ease of use is a pretty big one as it allows users to open the app and get started without any help or training, this saves us a lot of time and simplifies the onboarding process. Also the fact that meetings can be scheduled and sync across devices and into outlook is great.
We might spend more time evaluating more options and other offerings from alternative providers, because of the time period in which it what implemented, there wasnt a lot of chance to spend more time and resources to check all the features and plans for the applications going forward.

Webex App Support

It seems ok, we have had a few issues in the past but the Webex App support has been pretty good in identifying the problem and giving solutions to the issues. So overall, fairly good and responsive support which is good to see for a large scale organization in these times

Using Webex App

It's very usable, so many users using many different devices can use the app without an issue and not much training. New users can pick up the features and navigate through the apps without much difficulty and lots of features have been added to aid functionality and improve connections with other people.
