Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use it for both 1:1 ad-hoc meetings, as well as large form conference calls, formal customer-facing meetings, and also attend Cisco training via the Webex App. We also have our calling DIDs directly tied into Webex App as well. Both the desktop and mobile apps sync well in most cases, and the app as a whole makes collaboration and discussion easier.

- Seamless calling experience, utilizing a mobile phones Phone app.
- Easily joinable meetings, with pre-join information such as the number of users already in the meeting.
- Sometimes the mobile app will take up to a minute to sync. Messages and calls will sync, however, no input can be done by the user.
- More nuanced notifications of threaded conversations.

- Simplified usage has aided in customer satisfaction upon deployment.
- Microsoft Teams and Slack
Webex has a simple-to-use interface, whereas Microsoft Teams can become easily cluttered and Slack can be lacking features. Creating quick team spaces looks pleasant and is easy to use on Webex.
